Abstract
In the current generation of the fourth communication technology system that is named Long Term
Evolution technology (LTE). LTE is a communication technology with data transmission capability. In a
telecommunications network not only enough with good planning in the design, although all efforts have been
done still there is still a problem which is very influential on the quality of service. To maintain the quality of
the network implementation of monitoring and data collection. From the results of this study there are changes
in sector 3 on the BTS around the building, and there are suggestions for using electrical tilt on the antenna
which is still mechanical tilt.
