Abstract
In electric power system can not be separated from the existence of short circuit of one phase to the ground or three phases that can cause a large current disturbance that can damage electrical equipment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of short-circuit one-phase interference to the ground in the substation Gandul subsystem 150 kV and analyze the condition of power flow in substation Gandul subsystem 150 kV Region 1 DKI Jakarta and Banten before & after after interruption. Based on the
analysis of the effect of short-circuit one-phase of the ground in the substation Gandul subsystem 150 kV using software ETAP 12.6.0, obtained the value of the interruption
current of 1.806 kA. The operation of ground fault relay causes trips of 150 kV PMT section 1 Gandul Parent Ground. When ground fault relay is secured with tripping time
0.82 s. Before the disturbance of substation substance can channel power of 506,75 MW and 131,45 MVAR on bus A-2. And in the event of a substation disruption can not channel
the power flow.
