Abstract

This study aims to coordinate the adjustment of current and time on the transformer safety relay on the incoming side and 20 kV feeder so that interference can be localized. This research was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) P3B Jawa Bali APP Pulogadung Gardu Main Pulogadung, East Jakarta. From the minimum work flow test data and return to the incoming and feeder that the condition of the relay is still appropriate because the results of the ratio test show that the work flow and return flow are still above 90%. Whereas from the
time characteristic data for incoming and feeder, the testing of time characteristic for incoming is still relatively the same as the calculation of data flow and moment of time on incoming and feeder that the work flow and working time are still in accordance with the current ring and time clink.
In the case of a Ground Fault Relay disturbance, the trip feeder PMT should have been indicated by the MGFR relay (feeder MGFR setting = 780 Amp), but because the PMT fails to trip then the interruption current will be read by an
incoming OCR (Over current Relay) relay. Incoming OCR relay reads as GFR interference and works to enter incoming PMT. Whereas in the case of OCR interruption, the relay relay works with an MOC (Moment Over Current) indication and succeeds in pinning the feeder PMT.
