Abstract
The railroad crossing gate is one of a series of technologies in the rail system. The railroad crossing system is currently still being carried out with the assistance of operators who still utilize human power. So that an error in the operator or the failure of the doorstop operation can result in the risk of an accident. The method used in data search is by studying literature references such as books, journals and other documents that discuss rail crossing systems using Arduino and the method in research is by making tools and testing tools and then measuring some of them in testing the tools. In making measurements on the test, it has an average of 1 to 5 trials, namely getting a voltage of 12.27 Volts DC and 1.2 Amperes DC. To get a sensor connection for the servo motor, it takes 1.21 seconds and a distance of 24.4 cm. On sensor 1 and sensor 2, it takes 1.27 seconds and a distance of 25.2 cm. Then measure the time and distance when the doorstop is closed with an average time of 2.71 seconds, then before the train doorstop the distance is 41.61 cm and after the train doorstop the distance is 39.32 cm.
