Abstract

In a building needs to be a presence of fire protection, one of which is the detector and fire alarm system because it serves as warnng / warning to all residents of the building to inform both employees and visitors in the event of an emergency, as well as the handling of the fire as early as possible so as not to extend the area on fire. The system needs special attention as their maintenance, and the simulation system of the building managers, because in
case of a disaster of this system must be able to operate as it should without any obstacles.
The number of detectors used in the existing building is as much as 99 pieces of the detector, wherein the detector is composed of 3 types of fixed temperature heat detector, heat detector 5 risedan rate of 91 types of smoke detectors. As for alarms and TPM (Manual Call Point) 3 units
