Abstract

Problems experienced by data users generally are weak internet data connection less than 100 Kbps and
4G signal performance less than -100 dBm. The weak internet connection is not only caused by poor signal quality,
but also due to several factors, one of which is the increasing number of users in one BTS sector and the area
surrounded by tall buildings, as in the case of South Pluit, North Jakarta. Optimization is done by changing tilt
and azimuth antenna using electrical tilt method. The result of optimization obtained is the decrease of RSRP
Poor's level of 39.54%, the decrease of Poor's RSRQ level by 9.09%, the decrease of Poor's SINR level by 25.36%
and the increase of download throughput reaches 23.8 Mbps and the upload reaches 1 , 9 Mbps.
