Abstract

Empty land or open space around the building is one aspect that must be considered in
development, especially in the construction of campus buildings. Where the existence of such vacant land can
be used as a road or also can be built a park that will add aesthetic value to the building. The use of vacant
land as a secret in the form of an existing portacamp in the STT-PLN environment will be maximized if it is
used as a means of supporting independent electricity for the Renewable Energy park. The Renewable Energy
Park Planning is adapted to the existing vacant land area and the Campus concept as an academic building,
namely the formal garden style. The planned area of Green Open Space is 3543.7 m2 which is intended to
build an Energy Plaza covering an area of 180 m2 and using an existing component in the form of Portacamp
as the foundation for the solar panels. The components needed to make a new renewable energy park are
the STT-PLN Logo in the form of solid precast concrete, Gathering Points, Making Roads (Paving Block),
Garden Chairs, Lighting Lights, Plant Pots, Trash Can, Tree Plants, Decorating Plants, Groundcover, PLTS /
Solar Panel, Battery, Inverter. The budget plan for the construction of the Renewable Energy Park is Rp.68,792,000 rupiah with a budget to build PLTS of Rp. 23,635,000, and if the cost of making PLTS is considered
an investment, the required payback period is 19 years with 25 PLTS plans. Year. This shows that the
Renewable Energy Park planning can be an alternative in the effort to use vacant land within the campus.
Keywords: vacant land, planning, new renewable energy parks.
